We are pleased to announce that Heather M. Boutet has been named a Partner in the Firm.
Boutet has been with the firm since 2007 and has practiced in Parker Scheer’s Tort Litigation Practice Group since 2015. She has extensive experience in a wide range of complex personal injury claims including medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, automobile negligence, dog bite injuries and nursing home negligence. She has helped many clients navigate through difficult and often confusing times and has an impressive track record of success in complex personal injury matters.
Boutet is an active member of the Massachusetts legal and business communities. As part of the Suffolk University Pre-Law Program, she serves as a longtime mentor to undergraduate law and paralegal students who are interested in pursuing a career in law. Boutet has recently been selected to serve on the 2023-2024 Suffolk University Law School Alumni GOLD Council and is also a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and an active member of the professional networking group, USA500 Clubs. Outside the office, Boutet volunteers with Special Surfers, a non-profit organization that provides an opportunity for people with special needs to surf. She is also a founding board member of Friends of Medford Recreation, a non-profit organization that assists in expanding accessibility to recreational programs offered by the City of Medford to members of her community who may be facing financial hardship.
